This session will provide students with practical tools to recognize stress, understand its effects on the brain and learning, and apply healthy coping strategies that promote resilience and well-being. The workshop combines discussion, reflection activities, and practical strategies that students can immediately apply in their daily routines. Participants will leave the session with a personalized self-care plan designed to support their mental health and academic persistence. Student Support Component Following the presentation, participants will have access to free individual counseling sessions.
