Policy Description

Florence-Darlington Technical College (ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´) is a state agency subject to South Carolina laws governing public entities and must abide by these rules. ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´’s Procurement Department is an extension of the South Carolina Division of Procurement Services with delegated authority to coordinate all procurements of goods, services and construction for ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ according to Title 11, Chapter 35, of the South Carolina Code of Laws. The President, Vice President of Finance and Administration (or his/her designee), and Procurement Manager are the only persons authorized to bind the College by contract.
